Help U Gas return policy

We accept returns for defective and non-defective products.

• A defective Gas bottle is one with a confirmed gas leak, verified by us to ensure the issue is with the bottle and not due to faulty piping or gas regulators, which are not our responsibility.
• Non-defective items, such as incorrect size bottles ordered we offer exchanges for a different size, with customers responsible for any price difference and redelivery fees, or we can issue a refund. Returns are accepted only if the bottle remains sealed with its original seal.
• Not having the correct empty gas cylinder “bottle we dont accept for exchange”. We will issue a refund less the delivery fee.
